In order to implement the requirements of the State Council to establish a brand statistical system, strengthen the management of export goods for preferential trade agreements, and complete the relevant items for import and export goods declarations, the General Administration of Customs shall complete the Customs Import and Export Commodity Customs Declaration Forms of the People's Republic of China ( The thirty-fifth item "Commodity name, specification and model" of the General Administration of Customs, No. 13 of 2017 Announcement was revised. The relevant contents are announced as follows:
The thirty-fifth item "commodity name, specification model" increases the "brand type" and "export benefit situation", namely: (9) brand type. The brand type is required. You can choose “No Brand”, “Domestic Self-owned Brand”, “Domestic Buying Brand”, “Overseas Brand (OEM)”, “Overseas Brand (Other)” to report truthfully. Among them, “domestic independent brand” refers to a brand independently developed by domestic enterprises and possesses independent intellectual property rights; “domestic acquisition of brand” refers to the original overseas brand acquired by domestic enterprises; “overseas brand (OEM)” refers to domestic enterprises. An overseas brand used in OEM production; “Overseas brand (other)” refers to an overseas brand used in addition to OEM production. (10) Export enjoyment. The export benefit is the required item for export declaration. You can choose to "export goods in the final destination country (region) do not enjoy preferential tariffs", "export goods in the final destination country (region) enjoy preferential tariffs", "export goods can not be determined in the final destination country (region) to enjoy preferential tariffs" Fill in the report. The import goods declaration form does not fill in the declaration.
